There is no one size fits all when it comes to the behaviour of our pets! That is why all behaviour reports and training plans are completely tailored to you and your pet’s needs. As both a behaviourist and a trainer,  Charlie considers the pet as an individual, by assessing their personality, genetic predisposition, and their underlying emotion, as well as what will motivate them to learn new behaviours.

The methods we use are science based and ethical and focus on a combination of; environmental management, building relationships, improving communication, applying positive reinforcement, and changing associations. We do not use any aversive methods that cause fear or pain. Instead, we encourage your pet to do the behaviour you want them to do, but for the right reasons!

We work closely with all our clients to help you understand your pet's behaviour, and to give you the knowledge and practical skills for improving their behaviour and facilitating a harmonious pet-owner relationship. Right from the start, we will talk openly and honestly about your goals and expectations for your pet, and will review these as we progress.
